2 User Eligibility
To register and use the l3250 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- You must be 21 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of your use of l3250.
- You must be a resident of or be lawfully present in Malaysia when accessing the l3250 platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative or trustee of any third party.
- You are not currently on a self-exclusion list with any related gambling platform.
- Your use of the l3250 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you personally.
- You are mentally and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
L3250 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Should you fail to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, l3250 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and withhold any balance held in that account pending the outcome of an investigation.
3 Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at l3250 at any one time. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity card numbers or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all winnings.
Upon registering with l3250, you agree to:
- Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
- Maintaining and updating your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
- Keeping your l3250 account password confidential and not sharing access with any other party.
- Notify l3250 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Taking full responsibility for all activities carried out under your l3250 account.
L3250 reserves the right to decline registrations or cancel existing accounts at our absolute discretion without being required to provide any reason. Submission of identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required to verify an account and enable withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) and proof of address such as a recent utility bill.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on l3250 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). l3250 does not accept any foreign currency and does not charge any currency conversion fees. The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted at l3250 are as follows:

- Direct Transfer: DuitNow
- Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and other Malaysian local banks
Successful deposits will be credited to your l3250 account within minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact l3250 customer support and include your proof of payment.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from l3250:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for regular members and even faster for VIP members.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your l3250 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- L3250 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a specified amount or under certain circumstances.
- Any winnings suspected of being obtained through fraud, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms are subject to investigation and may not be processed.
L3250 is not liable for any withdrawal delays caused by delays on the part of banks or e-wallet providers, third-party technical disruptions, or outstanding KYC requirements.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
L3250 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, rebates and special promotions tied to specific games. All bonuses and promotions at l3250 are subject to specific terms that will be stated separately on the relevant promotion page.
The general terms applicable to all l3250 bonuses are as follows:
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.
- All bonuses are subject to the rollover or wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms. Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
- L3250 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Game Rules

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l3250 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, account balance freezing, and appropriate legal action:
- Registering more than one l3250 account or assisting others in doing so.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
- Using an unauthorised, stolen or third-party payment method to make deposits at l3250.
- Uploading or submitting content that is obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage l3250's systems, servers, or networks in any way.

- Colluding or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games at l3250.
8 Limitation of Liability
The l3250 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. l3250 does not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions or viruses at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, l3250 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
L3250 is not liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the l3250 platform.
- Financial losses arising from gambling at l3250, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
- Any disruption to l3250 services caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
- Acts, omissions, or errors on the part of third-party game providers whose software is used on the l3250 platform.
9 Account Suspension & Termination
L3250 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or hacking activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
- Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Self-exclusion request initiated by the user.
- A final decision made at l3250's absolute discretion for any other reason deemed necessary.
In the event of an account suspension due to a Terms violation, l3250 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the violation be confirmed, l3250 reserves the right to forfeit all winnings and balances obtained through the offending activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their l3250 account may contact our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the appropriate identity verification process.
10 Responsible Gaming
